Below are the Registration requirements. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. 

  • Complete Online Application
  • Immunizations (7th grade-12th grade proof of Tdap)


Student Check- out Procedures

The check-out procedure MUST be done by the parent/guardian. Please call 24 hours in advance to make an appointment to begin the check-out procedure.

Things to keep in mind….

  • You must return all text books to the school at the time of your check-out. Not having your books at time of check-out will delay the procedure and you will not get your official transcripts.
  • All fees and fines must be paid in order to obtain the student’s official transcript.
  • If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar.


To receive copy of your transcript please fill out a Transcript Request Form. You may either download it here (link), or you can stop by the main office and complete the form. The form must have a parent signature for the request to be fulfilled, unless you are alumni.

Once the transcript request has been received it will take 24 hours to process. If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar.
